Palomino Trails is a series of trails situated in Champion Lakes.
We see it as a little paradise where you can experience the great outdoors right on your doorstep. The trails are made for horses but dog walkers and mountain bike riders are also seen on the trail.
To make life easier we have constructed a series of placards - at horse rider height. These plaques do not have any information on them other than a “Qr” code.
The “Qr” code is actually a smart barcode that can be read by your mobile phone with a Qr Reader.
The reader is free and can be downloaded off any app store. Once you have it installed line it up on your phone and wait for it to read. It may direct you to a web page. On the trail all the codes give information on where you are or what to look for in the area.
