Colour has always been a major influence in my life whether you spell it Color or Colour - it has the same meaning – it’s actually the intensity and variation that I'm after.
 

I'd rather have a room full of it - but if not,  then the subtle or strong variations of it, can and do really excite me. The subtleties can be seen as a room full of people. They are all dressed up for the occasion - all the same. Someone stands out – they are a bit different, what is it? Maybe it’s the colourful sparkle in their eyes, or the flash of colour that they have mixed into their attire - whatever it is it’s got you hooked and intrigued. So if my photos seem over saturated with colour – then I hope you enjoy it, its meant to be like that!

 

I’ve worked with press for print for a long time – and often the images were dull and lifeless. I spent a lot of time dressing up badly taken images that lacked contrast, well that is certainly not going to happen with me.
